多晶硅切割液建设项目职业病危害因素识别与分析

摘要 目的通过对多晶硅切割液建设项目的评价,识别该项目的职业病危害因素的种类。方法依据国家职业卫生规范和标准,对辽阳市新建多晶硅切割液项目的生产工艺进行现场调查及检测,对职业病危害因素进行全面识别。结果多晶硅切割液建设项目主要的职业病危害因素为噪声、环氧乙烷、氢氧化钠、乙酸、工频电场等。结论对建设项目进行全面细致的工程分析,以全面识别和分析多晶硅切割液项目的职业病危害因素。 [Objective]To identify the types of occupational hazards in a construction project of polysilicon cutting fluid through evaluation of this project.[Methods] According to the national occupational health norms and standards,the production process of a new construction project of polysilicon cutting fluid in Liaoyang City was investigated and detected.The occupational hazards were comprehensively identified.[Results]The main occupational hazards of this project were noise,ethylene oxide,sodium hydroxide,acetic acid,power frequency electric field,etc.[Conclusion]It is necessary to conduct comprehensive and detailed engineering analysis on construction projects so as to identify and analyze the occupational hazards in the construction project of polysilicon cutting fluid.
