新拌水泥浆体结构及其触变特性的探讨 被引量:8

摘要 本文采用“台阶”法测试触变性,研究了新拌水泥浆体结构与触变特性的关系,提出了定量表征浆体结构状态的新的触变参数A_i和A,探讨了“台阶”法触变性研究对实际工程的指导意义。 The relationship between the paste structure and its thixotropic character has been investigated by measuring thixotropic behaviours according to the 'step-wise' method. The new thixotropic parameters At (graded thixotropic value) and A (total thixotropic value) are proposed. Parameter At can be considered as a characteristic value of the number of bound points, with a certain energy, between particles; parameter A can be considered as a characteristic value of the complete damage of the paste structure or the energy by which the limit dispersion of particles in the paste can be reached. The development of thixotropy of the cement paste, the influence of water-reducer on the paste thixotropy and the slump loss have been discribed by means of the parameters At and A.
