多方位重组(multiple planar reformation,MPR)是在横断面扫描的基础上,经图像后处理显示影像图像的后处理功能。近年来MPR在各系统疾病的CT诊断中得到了广泛的临床应用。本文概述多层螺旋CT MPR及其在全身各系统疾病中的应用,旨在提高对MPR应用的认识。

Multiple planar reformation （MPR） is the basic tool used to reconstruct the images in the coronal and sagittal planes in conjunction with the original axial dataset. In recent years, MPR has been widely used in the diagnosis of systemic diseases by CT. This article reviews the clinical application of CT MPR in the diagnosis of systemic diseases to improve the understanding of MPR.
