我院2008～2010年精神药品应用分析

Analysis of psychotropic drugs utilization in our hospital during 2008～2010

目的统计我院2008～2010年精神药品使用情况,为临床管理和合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2008～2010年精神药品的应用数据及相关指标进行统计、分析。结果 2008～2010年我院精神药品的销售金额和用药频度呈上升趋势,氯硝西泮片、阿普唑仑片、酒石酸唑吡坦片分列销售金额的前3位,阿普唑仑片、氯硝西泮片、艾司唑仑片分列用药频度的前3位,咪达唑仑注射液用药频度呈减少趋势。结论我院精神药品应用基本合理,但仍需进一步规范临床用药。

Objective To statistically analyze the utilization of psychotropic drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 so as to provide references for the clinical management and rational administration. Methods By a retrospective study,the application data and the related indexes of psychotropic drugs in our hospitals during 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically. Results The consumption sum and DDDs showed a trend of ascent. Clonazepam tablets, Alprazolam tablets and Zolpidem tablets ranked at the first three places in terms of consumption sum. Alprazolam tablets, Clonazepam tablets and Estazolam tablets ranked at the first three places in terms of DDDs. The DDDs of Midazolam injection decreased gradually. Conclusion Psychotrnpic drugs application in our hospital is reasonable, but further standardization of the clinical use of drugs is needed.
