浮针与常规针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期疗效比较

Comparison of the short-term efficacy between Fu's subcutaneous needling and conventional acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的观察浮针疗法用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期疗效。方法 2008年6月～2011年12月48例符合入组条件的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机接受浮针治疗(n=20)或常规针灸(n=24)。结果浮针组治疗有效率为95.0%,传统针炙组为85.7%(P>0.05),但浮针组痊愈率+显效率浮针组为90%(n=18),针灸组为57.1%(n=16)(P<0.05)。结论与常规针灸相比,浮针疗法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面有较好的短期疗效。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of Fu＇s subcutaneous needling （FSN） for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Methods A total of 48 eligible patients with LIDH were randomized into FSN group （n = 20） or conventional acupuncture group （n = 24） in our hospital from June 2008 to December 2011. Results Although the effective rate was not significantly different between FSN group （95.0%） and conventional acupuncture group （85.7%）（P 〉 0.05）, the combined rate of ＂clinically cured＂ and ＂remarkably improved＂ was significantly higher in FSN group （900/0） than in conventional acupuncture group （57.1%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional acupuncture, FSN showes certain advantage in treating LIDH.
