小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的CT表现

CT diagnosis of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的总结小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的CT影像学表现，为临床诊断提供依据。方法选择201O年9月～2011年3月在我院进行诊治的行CT检查的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿32例为研究对象，对其CT结果进行总结分析。结果本组患儿斑片影12例，实变影9例，肺间质浸润性影5例，胸腔积液5例，腺泡结节影4例，肺门淋巴结增大5例。结论支原体肺炎CT影像可呈多种表现，部分患者可同时存在多种影像学改变。

Objective To summarize CT imaging characteristic of pediatric, mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods CT data of 32 cases with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia from Sop. 2010 to Mar. 2011 were summarized and analyzed. Results There were 12 patch shadows, 9 consolidation shadows, 5 intersitital wellability shadows, 5 pleural effusion, 4 Gland nodules shadows, 5 hilar lymph nodes enlargement. Conclusion Myeoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has different expression in CT image. Some patients have a variety of imaging of the change.
