心理护理干预对宫颈环扎术的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on cervical cerclage

目的探讨临床宫颈环扎术临床疗效及临床前、中和后期护理效果分析。方法选择在我院住院进行宫颈环扎术的患者79例作为研究对象,平均年龄(27.9±8.9)岁,按照是否采用宫颈环扎术分为环扎组和对照组,干预一段时间后,比较两组的焦虑抑郁的心理情况。结果两组术前均存在一定的焦虑、抑郁现象,观察组护理后心理状况方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用宫颈环扎术进行临床宫颈机能不全和前置胎盘出血患者的临床治疗效果较好,应加强临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of clinical cervical cerclage and analyze the preclinical, intraclinical and postclinical nursing effects. Methods All of 79 patients receiving cervical eerclage in our hospital were selected and their age distribution was （27.9±8.9） years. These patients were divided into the cervical cerclage group and the control group. The anxiety and depression conditions of the two groups were compared after a period of intervention. Results Both groups underwent certain anxiety and depression before the surgery, but the observation group was superior to the control group in the psychological conditions after nursing （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The cervical cerclage shows good clinical effects in the treatment of clinical cervical insufficiency and placenta previa bleeding, so clinical promotion should be strengthened.
