窄谱UVB联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价窄谱UVB(NB-UVB)联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法120例斑秃患者随机分成两组:试验组采用NB-UVB光疗仪进行照射,同时口服胱氨酸,外用米诺地尔酊治疗;对照组仅给予口服胱氨酸和外用米诺地尔酊治疗。结果完成疗程,试验组和对照组的痊愈率分别为41.67%和21.67%;总有效率分别为95.00%和76.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄谱UVB联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃起效快,疗效高,复发率低,安全性好。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) phototherapy and minoxidil in the treatment of patients with alopecia areata. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with alopecia areata were ran- domly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group took the NB-UVB phototherapy, the eystine pills, and also the minoxidil for external use. The control group took all except for the NB-UVB phototherapy. Results There were statistical differences between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The curative rate in experimental group was 41.67% significantly higher than in the control group of 21.67%. And the effective rate in experimental group was 95.00%, significantly higher than the control group of 76.67%. Conclusion The treatment of NB-UVB and minoxidil for external use has the benefits of rapid action, high efficacy, low recurrent rate and good security.
