摘要
基于变频技术,对中央空调的冷却水循环系统实施改造。分析了中央空调系统的运行中出现的高能耗问题,阐述了水泵的变频节能控制原理,继而给出了PID调节的温差闭环控制设计方案,最后设计了变频器和PLC的控制电路。本研究为设计或使用部门对中央空调的改造提供一定借鉴。
Based on frequency conversion technology, reform is made in the cooling water circulation system of central air conditioning. Firstly the existing high energy eonsumption problems is analysed on the central air conditioning system, variable frequency energy saving principle is elaborated, then the temperature difference elosed-loop control design on the regulation PID is given. Finally the inverter and PLC control circuit is designed. This study provides guidance for the reform of central air conditioning in design or using departments.
