敏捷制造与我国制造企业的发展

Agile Manufacturing and Development of the Manufacturing Enterprises in Our Country

本文简要介绍了制造业的一种新型生产模式──敏捷制造所提出的背景、思想和特征，并由此引出了虚拟组织联盟的概念和要求，以及敏捷制造在国内外研究发展的情况；阐述了目前我国CIMS的应用和制造业的发展状况；最后，指出了我国制造企业为发展敏捷制造而需要解决的一些问题。

This paper briefly introduces the background, thought and characters of the new productionmode about agile manufacturing in industry. Thereby, it evokes the conception and requirement of virtualorganization, and some circumstances of the research and development of agile manufacturing at home andabroad. The current situation of the application of CIMS and the development of manufacturing industry inour country are presented. Finally,some problems that need to be solved for our enterprises to develop agilemanufacturing are pointed out.
