摘要
本文针对电厂锅炉引风机所存在的低速不能转高速的设备重大故障 ,介绍了利用故障诊断方法诊断出风机低转高故障的主要原因是风机转子存在较大的不平衡量。
Aimed at the important trouble of equipment which cannot convert low speed into high speed existing on boiler induced draft fan in power plant,the paper introduced that the main reason of trouble of converting low speed into high speed for fan diagnosed by using the method of trouble diagnosis,is much unbalance existing on the rotor of fan.Balance on site and treating result are described.
