摘要
目的探讨大孔树脂联用技术制备北升麻药材中总酚酸的工艺。方法首先筛选出对升麻中总酚酸吸附效果最佳的大孔树脂型号,设置系列的正交实验优选最佳制备工艺,将药材提取液进行2次吸附洗脱,精制升麻总酚酸。结果升麻总酚酸含量达到50%以上。结论大孔树脂联用是一种简单快捷的制备升麻总酚酸的技术。
Objective To study the preparation technology of total phenolic acid in the medicinal material Cimicifugaby by the maeroporous resin combination method. Methods The macroporous resin type with best absorption efficiency was screened to prepare total phenolic acid in Cimieifugaby. The series orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the opti- mum technology. After twice absorption and elution of Cimicifuga extract by macroporous resin, the refined total phenolic acid was made. Results The content of total phenolic acid in Cimicifugaby was more than 50%. Conclusion The macroporous resin combination method is a quick and simple technique to prepare Cimicifuga total phenolic acid.
