摘要
为控制大型煤化工装置循环冷却水系统的腐蚀和结垢,通过实验方式,研究了缓蚀阻垢剂配方的筛选方式;进行了智能化水质稳定动态模拟试验;结果表明,采用优选的药剂配方后,循环冷却水系统的污垢热阻值和平均腐蚀率均优于国家标准,且与静态试验和旋转挂片试验数据相吻合。
In order to control the corroding and fouling in the circular cooling water system of the large - sized coal chemistry engineering plant, has studied the composition selection type of corroding resistant/fouling retardant agents by means of experiment; has carried out the dynamic simulation test for smart water quality stability ;result indicates that the heat resistance of fouling and the mean corrosion rate are all superior to that stipulated in national standard, and is coincident with the static test data and the rotary piece hang test.
