脂质微球给药系统的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脂质微球作为新型药物给药系统(drug delivery system,DDS)具有安全、稳定、有效、生物相容性好等优点,有着广阔的应用和发展前景。本文通过对脂质微球的脂质材料、制备工艺及两者对微球理化性质的影响进行介绍,综述脂质微球的研究进展。
