红细胞沉降率 抗结核抗体及结核菌素试验在肺结核诊断中的价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨红细胞沉降率(下称血沉)、抗结核抗体及结核菌素试验(PPD)在肺结核诊断中的价值。方法收集2009年5月至2011年10月103例初诊为肺结核疑似患者的临床资料,其中肺结核组47例,非结核组56例,对两组患者的血沉、抗结核抗体及PPD结果进行比较分析。结果确诊肺结核组患者的血沉、抗结核抗体、PPD阳性率均明显高于非结核组(P<0.05)。结论血沉、抗结核抗体及PPD在肺结核的诊断与鉴别诊断中具有较高的临床价值,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the value of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),tuberculosis antibody,tuberculin test(PPD) in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data in 103 cases of suspecious pulmonary tuberculosis first diagnosed from May 2009 to October 2011were performed the comparative analysis on the results of ESR,tuberculosis antibody and PPD.Results The positive rates of ESR,tuberculosis antibody and PPD in the pulmonary tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion ESR,tuberculosis antibody and PPD have higher clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,which is worthy of being clinically popularized.
