摘要
通过数学模型简述了隔振系统的原理并进行了分析 ,指出了提高隔振效果的方法。为了能够对橡胶软木隔振系统进行准确的计算 ,本文列出了橡胶软木的刚度及固有频率的计算公式 ,并将其用于实际的应用计算。通过计算隔振系统的固有频率可以知道隔振系统的隔振效果。对实际应用的橡胶软木隔振系统进行了测试 ,得到了实际振动的振幅。从测量结果看 。
The principle of rubber and soft wood antivibration system is stated simply and analyzed by its mathematics model. The methods of isolating vibration are put forward. In order to calculate the antivibration system accurately, the article lists the calculating formulas of the rigidity and inherent frequency of rubber and soft wood. These formulas have been also used to calculate the practical system. The practical rubber and soft wood antivibration system has been measured , the practical amplitude of the system is obtained. The measuring result shows that this system can be used to isolate precision instruments from vibration.
