摘要
在视觉检测系统中 ,针对视觉传感器数量多 ,且每个摄像机需标定的内部参数及外部参数较多的特点 ,提出了一种新的简单的快速摄像机标定方法。分析了摄像机的各个关键参数 ,采用了全线性标定方法和矢量分析法 ,逐步求出 CCD摄像机的参数。该方法具有标定速度快、精度较高、实用和算法性能分析容易等优点 ,适用于一般视觉检测系统的摄像机参数的标定 ,尤其是大型视觉检测系统中多视觉传感器的摄像机参数的标定。实际结果表明 ,摄像机标定误差优于 0 .0 5 m m。
A new, simple and high speed CCD camera calibration procedure intended for a vision inspection application, where many intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of every CCD camera are to be determined, is presented. The key parameters of CCD camera are gradually derived by linear algorithm and vector analysis. This camera calibration technique is proved to be accurate and high speed. It is practical and simple for algorithm analysis, and is applied to camera parameters calibrating for many CCD cameras in normal vision inspection system,especially for multi vision sensors in large sized vision inspection system.The calibration error is better than 0.05 mm.
