摘要
目的探讨3种固定修复用粘结剂影响人中性粒细胞(polymorph nuclear neutrophils,PMNs)的存活率、早期凋亡率以及坏死率。方法采用流式细胞术检测PMNs与玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、光固化树脂3种粘结剂直接接触4 h后其存活率、早期凋亡率以及坏死率的变化。结果流式细胞仪观察3组粘结剂的PMNs早期凋亡率、坏死率均高于空白对照组,3组粘结剂存活率均低于空白对照组,其中聚羧酸锌水门汀组早期凋亡率、坏死率最高,存活率最低;玻璃离子组早期凋亡率,坏死率最低,存活率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3种粘结剂促进PMNs的早期凋亡、坏死,导致存活的PMNs的数目减少,从而可能使局部炎症产生以及抗菌性下降。
Objective To explore the effects of three cements on viability of polymorph nuclear Neutrophils.Methods The flow cytometry was used to detect the survival rate,early apoptosis and necrosis rate of the PMNs in contact of cements with 4 hours.Results The early apoptosis and necrosis rates of the zinc polycarboxylate cement group were highest,and its survival rate was the lowest;the early apoptosis and necrosis rates of glass ionomer group were lowest,while the survival rate was the highest;the early apoptosis rates,the necrosis rates,the survival rates of the experimental groups were higher than those of the negative group,which had significant difference with the negative group.(P〈0.05).Conclusions Cenments accelerates the early apoptosis and necrosis of PMNs,probably resulting in the reduction of PMNs,inflammation and decrease in the antibacterial activities locally.
