NaBH_4-CuCl/EtOH体系对α,β-不饱和酰胺选择还原

摘要 用NaBH4-CuCl/EtOH体系高选择地还原了α,β-不饱和酰胺的碳碳双键,考察了还原剂NaBH4和CuCl的用量、溶剂、不同的卤化物等因素对反应的影响.产物的结构经IR,1 H-NMR和元素分析等证实.该方法具有反应速度快(30min)、操作简便、试剂价廉易得等优点. A reducing system, NaBH4-CuCl/EtOH, are applied for the selective reduction of carbon-carbon double bond of α,β--unsaturated amides with high selectivity. Effects of the amount of NaBH4 and CuCl, solvent, different halide on the reaction have been investigated. The structure of products is characterized by IR,^1 H-NMR and elemental analysis. This method only requires inexpensive reagents, simple instruments, and a short reaction time(30 minutes).
