环境规制对我国环境敏感性产业出口竞争力影响的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Effect of Environmental Regulation on Export Competitiveness of China’s Environmental Sensitivity Products

基于贸易引力模型,实证检验了我国环境规制等因素对不同环境敏感性产品出口竞争力的影响。结果表明,目前内生和外生环境规制对我国污染密集型产品出口竞争力的影响均呈倒U形;我国现仍处在外生环境规制拐点的左边,即随着政府加强环境管理,我国环境敏感性产品出口竞争力呈增强趋势;但同时处在内生环境规制拐点的右边,即随着我国人均GDP水平的提高,我国环境敏感性产品出口竞争力反而呈下降趋势。

Based on the gravity model effects of environmental regulation have been empirically verified on export competitiveness of China’s environmental sensitivity products.The results show that the relations between endogenous and exogenous environmental regulation and China＇s pollution intensive products export competitiveness appear an inverted U shape at present.China is now at the left of inflection point for the external environment regulation,but it is at the right of the inflection point for the endogenous environmental regulation.
