可膨胀尾管悬挂器在可变温度场的接触性能仿真

摘要 可膨胀尾管悬挂器是一种新型的实体膨胀固井工具,国外的技术已比较成熟,而国内的应用还比较少。为了研究悬挂器膨胀后的接触压力随温度变化的趋势,建立有限元模型,模拟膨胀过程,得到膨胀后的模型。在可变温度场下对膨胀后悬挂器的接触性能进行仿真,得出在升温过程中悬挂器的接触压力降低,但是热膨胀后的悬挂力仍能够满足材料的工作要求,安全可靠。 Expandable Liner Hanger is a new type of entity expansion cementing tools,the development and application of abroad is more mature,while domestic application is also less.In order to study the trend of the contact pressure under the variable temperature of ELH after expanding,the article,firstly,got the expanded model through expansion simulation of ELH,and then,under the variable temperature field,the contact performance of ELH was analyzed,obtaining the conclusion that the contact pressure would reduce during the process of heating up,but the suspension load also could meet the material requirement,safely and reliably.
