摘要
在 JL BM- 1零件分类编码系统的基础上 ,通过合并零件特性项和增加编码的位数 ,使一定码位的码值与机床一一对应。以编码为基础的零件包容系数综合了零件结构和工艺两方面的特征 ,省去了繁琐的逐一统计零件的加工机床的工作 。
Based on JLBM 1 Code system, we succeeded in assigning one unique code to every machine tool by merging similar characteristics of machine parts and adding additional digits to the code system when necessary. This method synthesizes the structural features and the manufacturing process of machine parts, saving the statistics of machine tools. It is helpful to the autcmatic classification of machine parts.
