针对铁粉材料 ,建立了一种新的数学模型 ,用于描述压制过程力学性能变化。与其它模型相比 ,新模型形式简单 ,精度较高 ,并且与材料相关。可以很好地描述铁粉压制变形行为。同时 。
An improved mathematical model was established to describe the mechanical behavior of Fe powder compacting process. Compared to other models, this one is simpler, more precise. Furthermore, this model is related with material, so it is more suitable to describe Fe powder compacting behavior. Meanwhile, this kind of modeling method can be used to other powder metal material.
