制霉菌素含漱液治疗鼻咽癌放射治疗患者口腔真菌感染的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨自制制霉菌素含漱液在鼻咽癌放射治疗中对口腔黏膜真菌感染的治疗作用。方法:164例鼻咽癌患者行根治性放射治疗后,经实验室确诊的口腔真菌感染患者47例,随机分为制霉菌素组和对照组,分别给予自制制霉菌素含漱液漱口和3%碳酸氢钠溶液漱口。观察并记录两组患者口腔黏膜假膜的退缩情况。结果:164例鼻咽癌放射治疗患者中,真菌感染发生率为28.66%,制霉菌素组20例患者的假膜情况均在使用制霉菌素含漱液治疗3 d内得到控制。对照组患者口腔内假膜多在4~7 d内得到控制,少数患者推迟至2周左右。两组患者的假膜退缩时间有明显差异(P<0.01)。两组患者中真菌感染检出率最高的为白假丝酵母,占59.57%,其次为热带假丝酵母和假热带假丝酵母。结论:自制制霉菌素含漱液用于放射治疗过程中的口腔黏膜真菌感染安全、疗效显著。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of gargling with mycostatin and sodium bicarbonate for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) combined with oropharynx fungus infection during radiotherapy.Method:Comparative interventional case series.A total of 47 patients were randomized into 2 groups treated by gargling with mycostatin and 3% sodium bicarbonate.Results:There were 47 patients combined with oral cavity fungus infection in 164 cases,and the infection rate was 28.66%.Two groups had similar mean ages and infection prevalence.Mycostatin group with pseudomembranous cases were treated within 3 days,while 14 cases in control group were treated more than 4 to 7 days,and 6 cases delayed until 1 week.The highest incidence of fungus infections due to Candida albicans was found in between both groups.Conclusions:Gargling with mycostatin may be useful for the treatment of NPC combined with oral cavity fungus infection during radiotherapy
