摘要
课程是高职教育内涵发展的核心,在课程改革深入推进进入实施层面之际,酒店管理专业的专业课程教学改革探索已经成为当务之急。本文围绕酒店管理专业的《餐饮实务》课程教学的特点,结合教师顶岗实践和学生顶岗实习情况,重点就教学方法的改进和教学思路的改革进行了研究和剖析,提出了适当的教学改革建议。
Based on the characteristics of Catering Management and Practice course of hotel management major and by studying the situation of teachers and students' practice of working on regular posts,this paper explores the reform of teaching methods and teaching ideas,and then provides some suggestions.
