“E+”国家级人才培养模式实验区隐性课程的构建与实施

摘要 为了进一步提高人才培养质量,达到高素质复合型人才的培养目标,在自愿性、主体性和可持续性原则的基础上,"E+"实验区构建和实施隐性课程,内容包括"E+"讲坛、"E+"沙龙、"E+"科研训练和"E+"社会实践,在延展课本知识、拓展个人素质和规范道德品质等方面收到良好的效果。 To improve its quality further and to achieve its aim of "cultivating well-qualified interdisplinary talents","E+" Dual-degree Program has constructed and implemented hidden curriculum based on the principles of "being voluntary,student-centered and consistent".The hidden curriculum includes "E+" lectures,"E+" saloons,"E+" research training and "E+" field investigation,which has achieved such effects as broadening students' knowledge and cultivating qualities and morals.
