摘要
针对城市常规公交服务水平的综合评价问题,利用群组决策特征根法和模糊数学知识进行了研究.在综合考虑诸多因素的基础上,建立了公交服务水平评价指标体系;然后在定义评语等级的基础上,利用群组决策特征根法确定了指标权重,从而对公交服务水平进行综合评价;最后通过应用举例,验证了该评价方法的科学性和合理性,并针对结果进行了相应的分析.
The Group eigenvalue method and fuzzy mathematics knowledge are used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the service level for bus traffic.Analyzing the factors that influence the service level of bus traffic,it puts forward the evaluation index system of service level.In order to evaluate the service level for bus traffic,on the basis of defining remark grade,it is used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight.Then,the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example,according to the evaluation result,the corresponding analysis was made.
