儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折17例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 17 cases of old monteggia fracture in children

目的探讨手术治疗陈旧性儿童孟氏骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析17例儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折患者的病历资料以及随访结果。结果 17例患儿均得到随访,时间6个月~5年,平均2.3年。肘关节功能：优8例,良7例,可2例,优良率为88.2%.结论尺骨矫正延长,必要时结合桡骨短缩是治疗伴严重畸形的小儿陈旧性孟氏骨折的一种较好方法。

Objective To investigate the treatment of old Monteggia fracture in children.Methods The clinical data of 17 cases of old Monteggia fracture in children were retrospectively analyzed.Results 17 patients were follow-up for 6 months to 5 years,the median was 2.3 years.There results were excellent in 8 cases and good in 7.The 15 cases had satisfactory elbow and foream movements.Conclusion Proximal ulna corrective osteotomy and radoal shortening,if necessary,was a good method for old monteggia fracture in children.
