经阴道彩色多普勒超声对输卵管妊娠的临床诊断价值

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVS-CD)对输卵管妊娠的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析术后病理学诊断为输卵管妊娠122例的声像图表现,总结出具有诊断价值的超声特征。结果输卵管妊娠的TVS-CD声像图特征分为三型,Ⅰ型:典型孕囊型11例,占9%;Ⅱ型:具有Donut征的卵巢外小肿块98例,占80%;Ⅲ型:混合团块型10例,占8%.输卵管妊娠周边多数呈点状血流信号,少数呈半环状、环状血流信号,呈低速低阻的滋养动脉血流频谱。超声诊断正确率为88%,误诊率为9%.结论TVS-CD对输卵管妊娠的临床诊断具有很高的价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of tubal pregnancy diagnosis with transvaginal Color Doppler ultrasound（TVS-CD）.Methods Retrospective analysis of pathological diagnosis of 122 case of tubal pregnancy TVS-CD sonography,Summed up the ultrasound features of diagnostic value.Results the imaging characteristics of tubal pregnancy were divided into three types,type,11 cases of tyical pregnancy,accounting for 9%.Ⅱ type,98 cases of small tumors with Donut sign outside the ovary,accounting for 80%.Ⅲ type,10 cases of mixed clumps,accounting for 8%.Most tubal pregnancy were dotted around the blood flow signal,Semi-ring and ring a few blood flow signals.Showed a low resistivity of the nutrient artery blood flow.Ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate of 88%,9% misdiagnosis.Conclusion TVS-CD on tubal pregnancy clinical diagnosis had the very high value,it was worthy of popularization and application
