手供一体化对手术器械清洗质量的效果观察

Influence of Integration of Operation Room and Hospital Supply Room on Cleaning Effect of Surgical Instruments

目的寻求一种高效、经济、实用、安全的清洗方法,提高手术器械清洗质量,以保证手术器械的灭菌质量。方法将300件手术器械随机分成观察组与对照组两组,两组之间的手术器械污染程度及新旧程度相同。对照组用手术室传统的清洗法,即冲洗-酶液浸泡-再冲洗-擦干,观察组用消毒供应中心规范化的清洗方法。结果对300件手术器械均进行了目测和放大镜检查,每组各有50件和25件手术器械进行了潜血试验及菌落数检测,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在使用全自动清洗消毒机清洗手术器械前,采用多酶清洗液浸泡加刷洗,能明显提高手术器械的清洗效果及工作效率,降低成本,具有安全性,可操作性强。

Objective To develop an effective,economical,practical and safe methods for the cleaning of surgical instrument,and improve the cleaning effect and sterilization effect of surgical instrument.Methods The selected 300 surgical instruments were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group.The age of the surgical instrument and pollution degree between the two groups were similar.The instruments in the control group were cleaned with the classical cleaning methods（scour-soak in enzyme solution-scour again-dry）,while the instruments in the observation group were cleaned with the standard cleaning methods of sterilized supplying center.All the instruments were checked by visual observation and magnifier.50 and 25 surgical instruments in each group were detected by occult blood test and bacteria colonies examination.Results The difference in appearance,occult blood and bacteria colonies was statistical significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The soaking in enzyme solution and washing before automatic cleaning sterilize can noticeably improve the cleaning effect of surgical instruments and working efficiency,reduce costs.This method is safe and operational well.
