米索前列醇联合吲哚美辛栓用于人工流产术的效果观察

Clinical observation on misoprostol combined with indomethacin suppository in artificial abortion

目的观察米索前列醇联合吲哚美辛栓应用于人工流产术的临床效果。方法选择180例早孕妇女随机分成A、B、C三组,每组各60例,A组术前3 h口服米索前列醇0.6 mg,术前30 min直肠内放置吲哚美辛栓100 mg;B组术前5 min宫颈注射1%利多卡因6 ml;C组不采用任何干预措施,不用任何药物。观察三组的镇痛效果、宫口松弛情况、人工流产综合征发生率、手术时间及术中出血量等指标。结果米索前列醇联合吲哚美辛栓应用于人工流产术,镇痛效果、宫颈松弛情况明显好于B、C组(P<0.01),手术时间明显少于B、C组(P<0.05),人工流产综合征发生率低于B、C组(P均<0.05),术中出血量三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合吲哚美辛栓应用于人工流产术,具有扩宫和镇痛效果好、副作用小等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of misoprostol combined with indomethacin suppository in artificial abortion. Methods One hundred and eighty early pregnant women were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A （n =60） was administered oral misoprostol 0. 6 mg 3 hours before operation and placed indomethaein suppository 100 mg in rectum 30 minutes before operation. Group B （n = 60） received cervical injection with 1% 6 ml of lidoeaine. Group C （ n = 60） did not take any intervention of drugs. The analgesic effect, conditions of Miyaguchi relaxation, incidence of artificial abortion syndrome, operating time,intraoperative blood loss and so on were observed. Results Application of misoprostol combined with indometacin suppository in artificial abortion has better analgesic effect, higher full softening of the cervix, shorter surgery times, lower incidence of artificial abortion syndrome com- pared with group B and group C （ all P 〈 0.05 ）, but there were no significant statistical difference in intraoperative blood loss between three groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of misoprostol combined with indomethatin suppository in artificial abortions has the advantages of better eervie dilation, better analgesic effects, less sideeffects and so on and is worthy of clinical promotion.
