目的:探讨经络学大家李鼎教授应用奇经八脉于临床的经验。方法:从奇经八脉的意义及主治入手,配合典型案例说明阴维脉、阳维脉、督脉、冲脉的临床应用原则、方法及疗效。结果:奇经八脉在临床应用效果良好。结论:中医奇经八脉中蕴含有深意,临床应用范围广泛,需进一步探讨。

Objective：To explore the experience of clinical application and collateral channels Professor Professor Li Ding eight extra meridians.Methods：From the significance attending of eight extra meridians with the typical case that explain the clinical application principle and method and effect of Yin wei,Yang wei du,chong meridians.Results：The eight extra meridians in clinical application effect is good.Conclusion：Chinese eight extra meridians in the meaningful,a wide range of clinical applications,further discussion.
