刺蒺藜总皂苷对雷公藤多苷所致急性肝损伤小鼠肝细胞超微结构的立体计量学分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨刺蒺藜总皂苷对雷公藤多苷所致急性肝损伤小鼠肝细胞超微结构的影响。方法:60只昆明种清洁级小鼠随机分为6组,分别以相应剂量药物灌胃7 d,再以雷公藤多苷灌胃造模,对肝组织进行电镜观察,并对肝细胞超微结构进行立体计量学测定分析。结果:模型组小鼠肝组织脂滴体密度(Vv)明显升高,线粒体Vv、比膜面(δm)、粗面内质网δm明显降低;刺蒺藜总皂苷各给药组能明显使肝组织脂滴Vv降低,使线粒体Vv、δm、粗面内质网δm明显升高。结论:刺蒺藜总皂苷能使肝细胞超微结构变化显著改善,具有一定的保肝作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of total saponins from tribulus terrestrisl(TSTT)on liver cell ultrastructure of model mice with tripterygium glycosides.Methods:60 mice of Kunming-strain were randomly divided into 6 groups,which were treated with intragastrical perfusion of corresponding doses of drugs for 7 days,and tripterygium glycosides was perfused to make model.The tissues were observed by electron microscope,and the liver cell ultrastructure was measured and analyzed by tridimensional metrology.Results:The lipid droplet Vv obviously increase,mitochondria Vv,δm and endoplasmic reticulum δm decreased in model group,while that the lipid droplet Vv obviously decreased,mitochondria Vv,δm and endoplasmic reticulum δm increase in each dosage of groups of TSTT.Conclusions:TSTT can significantly ameliorate the pathologic change of liver cell ultrastructure,thus having a good hepatoprotective effect.
