中西医结合治疗急性附睾炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Acute Epididymitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例急性附睾炎患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,对照组应用抗菌药物加糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上再配合中药内服和双柏散外敷。结果:治疗组有效率94%,对照组有效率为82%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。遗留附睾硬结率治疗组6.0%,对照组16.0%,两组遗留附睾硬结率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性附睾炎疗效较好。

Objective：Observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for acute epididymitis.Methods：100 cases of patients with acute epididymitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given antibacterials combined with glucocorticoid.The treatment group was given TCM by mouth and Shuangbosan based on the control group.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group is 94% and that of the control group is 82%.There is statistical significant difference in two groupes（P0.01）.The callosity rate of the treatment group is 6.0% and that of the control group is 16.0%.There is statistical significant difference in two groupes（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine for acute epididymitis has better curative effect.
