五味消毒饮治疗关节置换术后金黄色葡萄球菌感染机理窥探

Analysis of Mechanism of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin in the Treatment of Staphylococcus Aureus Infection after Joint Replacement

目的:探讨五味消毒饮治疗关节置换术后金黄色葡萄球菌感染机理。方法:通过分析五味消毒饮组成、药理作用和金黄色葡萄球菌的特性,从其对毒素、侵袭性酶的抑制作用以及对生物膜的穿透作用以及对相关文献进行分析。结果:五味消毒饮对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定作用。结论:五味消毒饮对关节置换术后金黄色葡萄球菌感染具有治疗意义。

Objective：To study the mechanism of WuWeiXiaoDuYin in the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection after joint replacement.Methods：Analyze the composition of WuWeiXiaoDuYin,pharmacological action and characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus from the depressant effect of toxin and aggressive enzyme,perforation effect of biomembranous and the pertinent literature.Results：WuWeiXiaoDuYin has certain effect on staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion：WuWeiXiaoDuYin has great significance in the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection after joint replacement.
