柴胡疏肝散联合抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Chaihu Shugan San Combined with Antidepressant Drugs in the Treatment of Depressive Disorder

目的:分析柴胡疏肝散联合抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁障碍的研究进展。方法:分析柴胡疏肝散联合抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁障碍的相关文献。结果:西医多采用三环、四环、SSRI等抗抑郁药物,但仍存在起效慢、胆碱样不良反应大、甚至影响患者的内分泌等。临床上联合疏肝解郁、行气导滞之加减柴胡疏肝散。结论:加减柴胡疏肝散能有效协同西药、降低不良反应,提高患者服药依从性。

Objective：Analyze the research progress of ChaiHuShuGanSan combined with antidepressant drugs in the treatment of depressive disorder.Methods：Analyze the related literature of ChaiHuShuGanSan combined with antidepressant drugs in the treatment of depressive disorder.Results：Tricyclic,tetracycline,SSRI and other antidepressants drugs are always adopted by western medicine.But it also has slow effect,side effects of bilineurine,influence on the person′s endocrine and so on.ChaiHuShuGanSan is used for soothing liver,relieving depression and promoting qi.Conclusion：ChaiHuShuGanSan can effectively coordinate with western medicine,reduce the side effects and improve the medication adherence.
