TCD对定位旋搬手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

Curative Effect Evaluation by TCD of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treatment by Positioning Spin Movement

目的:对定位旋搬手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效作出客观、科学、量化的评估。方法:将240例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用定位旋搬手法治疗;对照组予综合手法治疗治疗。在治疗前及疗程末用彩色经颅多普勒(TCD)检测椎基底动脉Vp(收缩期峰值血流速度)的改善情况。结果:治疗组Vp改善情况明显优于对照组。结论:定位旋搬手法能明显改善椎-基底动脉供血,治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著。

Objective：Make the objective,scientific and quantified assessment for the curative effect of positioning spin movement on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods：240 cases are divided into the treatment group and control group according to blind trial by numeration table.The treatment group received positioning spin movement and the control group received the comprehensive treatment.Detect the improvement of basilar artery Vp by TCD before treatment and at the end of the treatment.Results：The improvement of Vp of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion：Positioning spin movement can obviously improve the blood-supply of basilar artery and has evident effect on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
