摘要
目的探讨实时组织弹性成像技术(RTE)的弹性成像(UE)5评分法和弹性应变率比值法(SR)在乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法以手术病理为金标准,应用日立二郎神彩超对75例乳腺患者93个病灶进行彩色多普勒检查;评出良恶性后,在进行弹性成像评分和应变率比值的测量。最后对比分析RTE(UE+SR)与常规超声(二维+CDF)I诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的准确性。结果 RTE诊断乳腺病变的准确率为96.8%(90/93),误诊率为3.2%(3/93);常规超声诊断乳腺病变的准确率为80.6%(75/93),误诊率为19.4%(18/93)。结论超声弹性成像技术诊断乳腺病变的准确率高于常规超声,两者结合有望提高乳腺良恶性病变诊断的准确性。
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ultrasonographic elastography for identifying suspected benign and malignant tumors of breast by 5-score Evaluating Method and Ultrasonic Elastography Strain Ratio Method of Real-time Tissue Elastography(RTE).Methods To examine 75 patients who suffered from tumors,by using color ultrasound system,and pathology as the standard method.After identified the benign and malignant tumors of breast,the 5-score Evaluating and the Ultrasonic Elastography Strain Ratio were tested in them.In the end,the accuracy for benign and malignant tumors,between RTE(UE+SR) and regular ultrasonography was compared.Results The accurate rate of RTE to diagnose breast pathological change was 96.8%(90/93),and the misdiagnosis rate was 3.2%(3/93).The accurate rate of regular ultrasonography to diagnose breast pathological change was 80.6%(75/93),and the misdiagnosis rate was 19.4%(18/93).Conclusion The accurate rate of diagnosis by RTE is higher than that of regular ultrasonography.It is hopeful to promote The accurate rate to diagnose benign and malignant breast pathological change by combining both of the methods.
