经子宫动脉灌注加栓塞介入治疗宫颈妊娠八例临床疗效分析

摘要 宫颈妊娠属于一种罕见及危险性极高的异位妊娠,是指受精卵着床于宫颈管黏膜并发育。发病率约为1/18 000[1]。以前,对其引起致命性大出血常需要子宫全切术来控制出血。近年来,随着介入治疗技术的成熟,其已取代子宫切除成为宫颈妊娠的重要治疗方法。本研究回顾性分析近10年我院用介入治疗宫颈妊娠情况,以评估其适应症及疗效。
