摘要
我国目前的烟民约为3.5亿,占全球的三分之一,居世界首位,到2020年与吸烟相关的死亡将增至200万,50年内将有1亿中国人死于烟草相关疾病,运用生物技术来提高烟草质量,减少吸烟者的死亡率具有重大的意义。本文综述了国内外学者利用微生物技术降解烟草中烟碱、亚硝胺和焦油等有害物质近一个世纪的研究成果。
At present,the number of smokers in China is about 350 millionuntry,accounting one third of the global smokers,at the top of the world ranking list.By 2020,the death related to smoking will be increasing to 2 million.What's more,there will be 100 million people are estimated to die of the tobacco-related diseases.Therefore,it makes great sense to use biological technology to improve the tobacco's quality and to reduce the rate of death.This paper summarizes the results from researches at home and abroad in nearly a century,in which scholars use microbial technology to reduce the poisonous substances contained in tobacco such as nicotinamide,nitrosamine and tar.
