摘要
从熔透控制的本质问题出发,提出了控制熔池动态热输入变化与热输出变化平衡以保证熔透稳定成形的思想,将散热条件变化引起热输出的变化作为干扰量,进行前馈补偿,同时将焊件整体温度进行反馈,应用前该加反馈的复合控制方法达到了良好的熔透控制效果。
The idea of dynamic energy equilibritun of the molten pool from the essence of penetration control is put forward in order to maintain stable pool shape. The heat output change of pool, regarded as a interference variable, is compensated in former-feedback method because of diversification of workpiece heat conduction, in the meantime, the temperature of the whole workpiece is considered as a feedback variable, so the combined control system is composed of the feedforward back and feedback. The experimental results show that control approach is progressed.
