摘要
分析了采用大刃倾角- 拉屑复合切削方法制造连续型金属长纤维时纤维横截面的形成机理。通过试验研究了刀具法向前角、拉屑力和拉屑角等对纤维横截面形状和金相组织的影响。
The forming mechanism of the cross section of unbroken metal fibers manufactured by the combined cutting of big inclination cutting and chip pulling cutting is analyzed. Based on the experiment, the influences of tool normal rake, chip pulling angle and chip pulling force on the shape and metallurgical structure of the fiber cross section are studied.
