摘要
研制了用于加工坦克发动机缸套( 孔径150mm)的超声珩磨系统样机,通过工艺试验优选了油石条参数及加工工艺参数。试验结果表明,该样机可满足坦克发动机缸套的珩磨加工要求。
A prototype of ultrasonic honing system for machining the cylinder sleeve with diameter 150mm of tank's engine is developed. The oilstone parameters and process parameters are optimized through process tests. The result of honing experiment shows that the process requirement of honing the cylinder sleeve of tank's engine can be satisfied by using the prototype.
