摘要
研究了40Cr钢700℃碳氮共渗直接淬火新工艺。试验结果表明,该工艺可明显增加材料的耐磨性、疲劳强度和热稳定性,同时由于零件心部不发生相变,零件的变形较小。采用NH3、N2和CO2的氮基气氛,具有渗速快、渗层厚、硬度梯度平缓等特点,且污染少、价格低,值得推广。
A new process of quenching 40Cr steel gear directly after cabonitrided at 700℃ was studied .The result shows that the process can dramatically improve the wear resistance,fatigue strength and thermal stability,to and lower deformation due avoiling phase transformation in the core of the component.If nitrogen based atmosphere of NH 3,N 2 and CO 2 are adopted ,the process is worthy of spreading for its characteristics such as high permeation speed , carbonitriding layer, flat hardness gradient ,thick less pollution and lower cost .
