摘要
通过三次新砌炉和多次小修或冷歇炉的烘焙实践,对传统的烘焙工艺制度进行改进,并取得了预期的效果—延长了炉子使用寿命。
Through three times newly building furnaces, several repaires, and roasting practices of cooled furnaces, the conventinal roast process was innovated. The excepted effects—delaying the used lifetime of furnaces, improving the used quality of furnaces were got.
