摘要
研究了国内铝合金液态挤压模具的几种常规热处理工艺,论述了3Cr2W8V模具截面工作时的温度分布、热处理后的硬度及使用寿命的关系。
Several common heat treatment processes of aluminium alloy liquid state squeezing die in nation are studied. The distribution of temperature of 3Cr2W8V die, the relation of service life and hardness after heat treatment are discussed. A way of heat treatment process which may increase the synthetical function of squeesing die is given.
