分析了照相机后帘锁杆零件的工艺特点及多工位级进模的结构 ,介绍了模具主要零件的加工工艺方案、精度要求及必要的夹具和测量手段 ,实现了进口复杂模具国产化。

The technological properties of the locking rod components on the rear curtain of the camera and the structure of the multi_position progressive die were analyzed. An introduction was made on the processing scheme of and the precision requirement on the main components of the die, the necessary fixture and the measuring methods. Natively manufacturing the complex die imported was realized.
