摘要
为了实现内环槽PVC管件注射模中内环槽型芯的脱模 ,采用带径向滑块的剖分式内环槽型芯结构 ,运用盘形凸轮副机构原理 ,设计了一种新型的液压内抽芯脱模装置。
In order to realize the demoulding of the inner_circular_slot core of the injection mould for inner_circular_slot PVC tubes, a new demoulding device was designed by adopting the cross_section_typed inner_circular_slot core structure with a radially sliding block, applying the plate_shaped cam_set mechanism theory, and loosing the core hydraulically from inside.
