分析了线圈组件的结构特点 ,从定位、分型面选择、加料、浇注系统设计及脱模方案确定等几个方面介绍了线圈封装热压挤胶模的结构和应注意的事项。
The structure characteristics of coil packs were analyzed. And the structrue of the hot_press extruding mould for packaging coil packs was introduced and the attention items pointed out on several aspects including locating, selecting of the parting line, feeding, designing on the feeding system and determining of the demoulding method.
