线材水平连铸过程中流动阻力的计算

Calculation of fluid resistance in horizontal continuous casting of wire rod

针对高合金焊丝水平连铸生产过程中,钢液充型困难的现象,对线材水平连铸过程中钢液的流动阻力进行理论推导,并由此对影响钢液流动的各因素进行分析。以此为基础,对实际生产中相关工艺参数进行调整和改进,结果表明,采用高浇温,高频率有利于改善钢液的充型和工艺的稳定。

As to the poured short of liquid steel in the process of horizontal continuous casting of high alloy welding wire a work on the theory derivation of fluid resistance in the process of horizontal continuous casting of wire rod and the analysis of its influence factors has been done in this paper. And in the practical process, the relative parameters have been modified no the basis of the work. According to the experiment results, the adoption of high casting temperature and high withdrawal frequency is considered advantageous in this process.
